The Fact’s Surrounding Divorce Mediation

When Parties voluntarily agreed to participate implies that there will be concessions. This allows the process in an environment outside of the courts yet still in a legally binding manner. Mediation is the least expensive, fewer formalities and shortens the process of divorce.

Before / During Divorce

The divorce settlement agreement is drafted as agreed by the parties. Parenting plans is also included in the best interest of the child / children depending on each unique circumstances.

After the Divorce
